School Playground

In Bangladesh, it is very un-common to have play facilities in schools and orphanage. Alhamdulillah, our intention is to raise awareness of the importance of play time and physical activities. Play time is considered so important to child development that it has been recognised by the United Nations High Commission for Human Rights as a right of every child.

Play time is essential to a child’s cognitive, physical, social, and emotional well-being. This develops social skills as well as keeping fit. They get several benefits and learn valuable skills they wouldn’t learn without that unstructured time, like socialisation and conflict resolution.

We at Helping Humanity recognise the importance of play time and thereby we work closely with the educational institutes and provide play facilities to Schools and Orphanages to promote physical activities.

Our playground package includes: slides, swings, seesaw, skipping rope, football and other outdoor toy’s.

We acknowledge, one of the root cause of poverty is education. Providing a playground will be an investment towards the young generation and their development.

The cost of a playground is approximately £1,500, you can donate the full amount or pay in installement or why not fundraise amongst friends and families.
